Based in Stockholm, PAPAGAIO™ was founded in 2004. The initial business concept of producing designer T-shirts quickly led to an offer of an outlet for limited editions at TAKEUSCHI™, a trendy fashion store in downtown Stockholm.

Having new and catching prints, the brand was rapidly recognised by a discerning public. PAPAGAIO™ responded by working with superb soft fabrics combined with first-rate fit and unique prints to further enhance the PAPAGAIO™ look.

Today, PAPAGAIO™ has a regular stand at the CPH-vision Fashion Fair, thereby having taken a firm step into the international market.

PAPAGAIO™ currently has 25 exclusive points-of-sale in Europe as well as customers as far a field as Australia for their spring/summer and autumn/winter collections.
